Levels of Care

Mental Health Programs & Levels of Care

From intensive daytime treatment to ongoing outpatient support, our programs step up and down with you, so care always matches where you are.

Six programs, one clinical team

Every program shares the same records, the same treatment planning process, and the same clinicians wherever possible. Moving between levels of care means adjusting intensity, not starting over with strangers.

Getting started

Four steps from first call to first session

01

Call or request a callback

A confidential conversation with our admissions team, usually fifteen to twenty minutes. Nothing is committed at this stage.

02

Benefit verification

We verify your coverage and explain, in plain numbers, what your responsibility is likely to be before treatment begins.

03

Clinical assessment

A licensed clinician completes a biopsychosocial assessment and recommends a level of care using established placement criteria.

04

Start treatment

Most clients begin within days of assessment. Your treatment plan is written with you during the first week.

Not sure where to start?

We will help you find the right level of care.

A short conversation with our admissions team is usually enough to identify the right program, verify your coverage, and schedule a clinical assessment, often within the same week. If another provider is a better fit for what you need, we will tell you that too.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?

We work with most major commercial insurance plans and verify benefits before treatment begins so there are no surprises. Our admissions team will explain your coverage, deductible status, and expected out of pocket responsibility in plain language.

How quickly can I be seen?

Assessments are typically scheduled within a few business days, and many clients begin programming the same week. If your situation is urgent, tell us on the first call and we will prioritize scheduling.

Is treatment confidential?

Yes. Behavioral health records are protected under HIPAA, and substance use treatment records carry additional federal protection under 42 CFR Part 2. We release information only with your written authorization, apart from the narrow exceptions required by law.

What ages do you treat?

Royce Recovery serves adults 18 and older. For adolescent care, our admissions team can refer you to trusted providers in the North Texas area.

What areas do you serve?

Our office is in McKinney, Texas, and we regularly serve clients from Frisco, Plano, Allen, Prosper, Melissa, Anna, and the wider Collin County and North Dallas area.
