Every clinician at Royce Recovery holds current Texas licensure and participates in regular case consultation and clinical supervision. Your therapist and your psychiatric provider talk to each other about your care, because a plan only works when the people delivering it agree on it.
How care is assigned
You are matched, not assigned at random.
Matched to clinical need
Assignment follows the clinical picture from your assessment: trauma history, substance use, diagnosis, and prior treatment experience.
Consistent through step downs
When you move from PHP to IOP or outpatient care, we keep your primary clinician wherever scheduling allows.
Changeable if the fit is wrong
Therapeutic fit predicts outcomes. If the match is not working, tell us and we will change it without making it awkward.
