Background

Marcus founded Royce Recovery after two decades of service and a personal understanding of how difficult it can be for service members and their families to find care that fits them.

He leads the organization by the same values that shaped his military career: service, integrity, accountability, and commitment. He remains personally involved in the community partnerships that connect veterans in North Texas to treatment.

Marcus does not provide clinical services. His role is to make sure the clinicians who do have the resources, staffing ratios, and time they need to practice well.
